1. Studies
Get personalized support throughout your project. After a careful assessment of technical requirements to fully understand the specifics of the project, we provide accurate cost estimates , allowing you to make informed decisions.
Our engineers design detailed electrical diagrams using high-performance tools (Autocad, Catia V5 & V6, SeeElectrical, etc.) while strictly respecting current standards.
We also carry out feasibility studies to assess the technical and economic viability of projects, while ensuring effective project management, from planning to coordination, including cost control and deadline compliance. Finally, our team is always available to provide technical assistance throughout the process , ensuring continuous support and customer satisfaction.
2. Electrical & electronic architecture, 2D / 3D design
Our engineers specify the electrical architecture, “from scratch” or from an existing project. Our teams have developed a proprietary tool at Genaris: Autocâble , an integrated production tool, customizable according to project needs and customer interface that guarantees quality and responsiveness.
Depending on the project assembly constraints, our teams define:
- the architecture of the wiring layout,
- electrical function diagrams,
- the sections of wires and cables,
- inter-wiring connection connectors,
- power management,
electrical protections (fuse, relay, etc.)
3. Procurement and purchasing
The procurement of custom-made parts, wiring, wiring components, and electronic components is a crucial issue in our industry. To optimize this key step, the Genaris Group centralizes purchasing across all of its production sites in France and Romania. These resources are then redistributed according to the specific needs of each production flow, thus ensuring smooth and integrated management of customer projects, while ensuring collaboration with our suppliers with whom we have built close relationships over the past 20 years (Amphenol, Molex, TE, Arrow, etc.).
The Genaris Group has a dedicated supply management team with a global view of stocks, which helps optimize delivery times and maximize efficiency.

4. Prototyping
The Genaris Group offers comprehensive prototyping capabilities, from technical design to drawing, including virtual and physical prototyping. Our electronics and mechatronics laboratories, as well as our wiring harness prototyping workshops, enable us to rigorously design, assemble, and test prototypes. Thanks to our experienced teams, we are able to carry out turnkey projects, from Proof of Concept (POC) to pre-production.
The synergy between our sites in France and Romania guarantees flexibility and maximum Time-to-Market.
5. Mass production
We have strong industrialization capabilities, with a dedicated team of 60 full-time equivalents to ensure an optimized manufacturing process. We handle industrialization studies, quality plan implementation, and process implementation, all the way through to the installation and calibration of manufacturing lines.
Through our purchasing and logistics departments, we handle the sourcing and acquisition of specific components and tools. We develop rigorous testing and validation plans to ensure product quality, with monitoring from pre-production to ramp-up. Our France-Romania synergy enables efficient industrial manufacturing, supported by quality EMS partners.
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified since 2017, we apply FAI and PPAP standards.
