With the arrival of the GSR2 standard applicable in July, all manufacturers must now offer a set of driving aids as standard and in particular a reversing obstacle detection system (camera or radar).
At the request of one of its customers, our subsidiary AXTRID has developed a 3mx3m gantry allowing the GSR2 standard to be rolled out directly on the vehicle. The system makes it possible to move standardized objects such as work cones, metal bars, etc. with a precision of less than a millimeter.
The system can be directly controlled from market-leading CAN tools, which makes it extremely flexible in its use.
The BIB system was developed to allow the installation of shell blocks for offshore structures (sea walls, underwater tunnels, etc.) in difficult or dangerous conditions: strong swell, poor visibility. This box, entirely designed and developed by Genaris, has been used on numerous sites: South Korea, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Morocco, Cape Verde, Brazil, Colombia, etc.
