17 new faces at Genaris!
We welcomed students from ESTACA - Higher School of Aeronautical Techniques and Automobile Construction in our premises last week. During this visit, these future engineers met Christophe RAMPON , Group Managing Director, who explained to them the history, the raison d’être and the positioning of the group.
The visit allowed students to explore our offices and workshops with Paul Devillers , ESTACA alumnus and mechanical design engineer at Groupe Genaris, also discussed the importance of workplace well-being, which our employees rated 96% positively in our latest internal survey.
Laurent BLONDEL , Business Unit Manager of our EPSYS/EPROM subsidiaries, continued the guided tour and our visitors were able to discover some of our projects, highlighting the diversity of professions within the group.
✅ Mission accomplished: this day allowed students to immerse themselves in the world of a growing design office for a day and allowed our teams to pass on their passion for their professions!
